Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for social standards/environmental standards of the supply chain in Asia
• Functional and disciplinal guidance of the CSR team Asia
• Support in enhancements of social audit processes and implementation accordingly
• Monitoring of CSR processes and CSR key performance indicators in Asia
• Responsible for instruction and training of all CSR colleagues in Asia
• Frequent reporting of all CSR activities and topics to international CSR department and to the Managing Director of Kaufland Asia
  
  
  

Soft skills & qualifications:

• Studies of business economics, preferably international oriented
• Auditor certification (EMS/OHS/WRAP etc.), issued by a notable certification body, like SA8000 (SAI)
• Appropriate work experience of minimum 4 years in CSR/social audits, especially for non-food sector
• Knowledge about Asian policies, formalities and laws
• Profound knowledge of social audits and sustainability – long term work experience for factory audits, lean production, manufacturing and environment protection
• Work experience in performing social audits
• Leadership experience of minimum 3 years
• Experience as trainer and consultant as well as in CSR project management
  
  

Language skills and personal attributes:

• Competent language ability in English (written and oral) is mandatory
• Language skills in Chinese and German would be favorably
• You have a highly proactive, system-oriented, organized and autonomous working style
• Confident and competent appearance
