Responsibilities

• General accounting duties, including data entry and documents filing
• Clerical and administration duties
• Assist in month end closing and reports preparing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and process of banking transactions
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/events
• Need outgoing works

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with LCCI Intermediate level or above or equivalent together with general commercial knowledge
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Attentive to details, well organized, self-motivated, efficiency, hardworking, reliable and responsible
• Hands-on PC skills in MS Word and MS Excel and A/C software knowledge
• Good command of communications skills in English and Cantonese
• Pleasant personality as a team player
• Immediate available
