Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial and accounting management of the company operations
• Assist in financial consolidation, annual audit, tax returns and cash flow projection
• Establish and refine financial policies and systems to improve management efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with auditors to ensure the compliance with relevant rules and regulations required by regulations
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by senior management

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting
• A qualified member of professional bodies such as ACCA or HKICPA
• Minimum 3 years accounting and/or auditing experience, preferably with experiences in working in listed companies
• Familiar with HKFRS
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible, self-initiative, strong analytical mind, attentive to details, good interpersonal and communication skill and able to work under pressure
