Responsibilities :

Provide assistance to the Group Financial Controller including but not limited to the following duties :

• Review, supervise and monitor daily operations and accounting & finance functions;
• Address operation issues and ensure compliance with corporate laws, tax laws and listing rules;
• Prepare and review financial and management reports and provide timely reports and analysis; 
• Prepare monthly consolidated accounts and management accounts with a tight deadline;
• Prepare budget & forecast and to ensure proper and effective cost control;
• Exercise the responsibility over group financial statements and sound internal control over different divisions within the group are made;
• Carry out ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned.

Requirements :

• Qualified Accountant;
• University graduate in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration;
• Minimum 8 years experience with CPA firms and/or multinational companies in finance management positions, preferably in the property investment and/or hotel industries;
• Previous experience in Internal Audit and Project Management will be an asset;
• Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting deadlines;
• Mature with strong leadership and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Financial Controller.
