Financial Controller / Chief Financial Officer x 2  for two sizeable MNC companies (5 days work)

- Lead and oversee the accounts team of corporate office;

- providing business advices and support to top management, undertake business planning, expansion,  strategic decision, budget forecasting and taxation, corporate reporting;

- conduct regulatory corporate compliance activities under relevant rules and regulations;

- Oversee budgetary control and group consolidated accounts, review and analysis of group results, evaluate capital expenditure;

- Liaise with external parties, e.g. bankers, lawyers, external auditors and regulatory bodies;

 Requirements 

- Degree or above in accountancy or finance with CPA;

- At least 10 years relevant working experience, of which 3 years in FC / CFO role, a listed company  manufacturing experience is a plus;

- Must be stable in each of your roles.  Must be in your current and past roles for 3 or more years. 

- Familiar with the application of HKFRS, listing rules and takeover codes in Hong Kong and tax  requirements;

- Possess good experience and exposure of the IPO process and dealing with various parties involved such as sponsors, underwriters, external auditors, bankers, lawyers and tax advisers

- Good leadership skills, detail minded & able to work under pressure;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
