Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily voucher preparation in securities dealing entity (SFC type 1 licensed company);
• Update and maintain filing system;
• Comply spreadsheet for daily FRR computation;
• Perform daily trust calculation;
• Assist in month end closing and annual audit preparation; 
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Assistant Manager.

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experiences from financial industry;
• Self-motivated, diligent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate availability preferred.
