Job Description

• Handle daily general accounting duties, data entry and filing
• Handle full set of accounts
• Handling the month end closing and bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and schedules
• Coordinate accounting functions for the inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Assist in general administrative duties
• Perform ad-hoc duties
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma of above with LCCI Level II or above
• 1-2 years of accounting and administrative experience
• Knowledge of MYOB is a definite advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good typing skill and knowledge of PC (including WORD, EXCEL)
• Independent with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
