Job Description
1) Senior Account Clerk / Assistant Accounts Supervisor
Job Resposibilities:
- Responsible for account data entry and documents filing duties
- Handle day to day accounting operation
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with LCCI intermediate Level
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting field
- Able to work under pressure
- Independent, detail minded, proactive and with good communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available or short notice is preferable
2) HR & Admin. Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Take care of full-spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, training & development, appraisal, welfare & benefit, staff relation and payroll etc.
- Assist in HR policies and procedures monitoring
- Assist in administrative duties of the company
- Plus ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or related disciplines
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good command of Office software application
- Proficient in Excel is a MUST
- 1-2 years related working experience
3) 業務部文員
職責:
- 負責數據整理及預備統計報表
- 其他文書處理工作
要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 對數字敏感
- 最少1年相關工作經驗
- 熟悉 MS Office 軟件應用
- 良好中文打字
