JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage and overlook all the works and jobs related to administration
• Extensive administrative support is required which includes copying, filing, mailings, preparation of confidential and non-confidential documents and miscellaneous special projects
• Organize stationery stock, fire equipment , uniforms, and conference room usage. 
• Handle daily administration duties
• Prepared Fixed Asset registration list, label, memo etc
• Fixed Asset Inventory check 
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENT

• With diploma or above
• 1-2 years working experience
• Attention to detail and strong follow through
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Well organized, problem solver
• Good knowledge with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
• Willing to work under pressure
