Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment issues, including job advertisements posting, resume screening and conducting selection interview
• Assisting in organizing and coordinating staff orientation, training, various staff relations and communication activities
• Providing professional guidance and advisory support, ranging from policy review and implementation, recruitment, retention, performance appraisal, etc. to line departments
• Participating in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above (lower qualification but with more relevant working experience will be considered)
• Familiar with HKSAR Employment Ordinance is definitely an advantage
• Well versed in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is preferred
• Proactive with self-discipline and outgoing personality
• Well organized and with positive attitude
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
