Job Duties

1. Carry out the administrative work supporting the customer services workforce and this includes billing, customer information processing, casting insurance, computer input and filing.
2. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all information is updated and filed timely and keep track of billing and insurance for revenue assurance and proper customer/company protection respectively.
3. Feedback to management on suggestions for services or workflow improvement.

Candidate Requirement

1. Recognized diploma or above holder. Minimum 1 year working experience in customer services or administration fields.
2. Learn fast, with good problem solving skills and attentive to details.
3. Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese. (must be computer literate in both Chinese and English input)
