Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager to prepare sales analysis reports and conduct data/ information tracking and market research
- Assist in floor plan management
- Provide assistance in trade show (pre-show & on-site support)
- Provide general admin and secretarial support
Requirements:
- University graduated
- At least 2-4 years’ relevant experience
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good Command of MS office, such as Word (pivot table) and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proactive, detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Possess analytical skill with interest in project and database management
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Immediately available is highly preferred
