Key Responsibilities:

• To provide professional secretarial and administrative support to management as required
• Assist in managerial schedule arrangement
• Able to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to take up ad-hoc assignment as required
• Outdoor delivery of documents maybe required

Key Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. MS Excel, Word and English & Chinese Typing
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Independent, careful-minded, detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
