Jobs Duties

- Assistant to Director

  • organize director schedule
  • communication with clients & vendors
  • other ad-hoc events

- Administrative and general office work

  • merchandising, sales and Logistic related operation
  • company Data Base monitoring

Jobs Requirements

  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • University graduate;
  • At least 3 years of related experience;
  • Able to handle correspondence independently(very important);
  • Keen to learn new things and under pressure;
  • Pleasant personality and always keen to help people;
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Hard working, self-motivated and with good initiative;
