Duties:

• Provide secretarial & administrative support to Management
• Travel arrangements including air-ticket booking, hotel reservations and visa application
• Handle human resources matter and all round office administrative functions independently
• Update and maintain the database of membership
• Handle correspondence and incoming calls 
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• F.7 or above / relative secretary training
• 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese (include Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strong Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Well organized, pleasant, detail minded and self-motivated
