Job Description

Duty and Responsibilities:

  • To assist Export Sales Manager for sales orders coordination/follow up and administrative work.
  • Liaise with internal, suppliers and factories.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers via email.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and assignments.


Requirement:

  • Form 7 or above (Degree holders are welcome).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience
  • Working experience in LED lighting or electrical manufacturing or export industrial will be an advantage but not necessary
  • Responsible, self-motivated, attentive to details, presentable, well-organized, good in communication skills, helpful and willing to learn.
  • Competency with Microsoft environment as well as Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of spoken and good written in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
