Responsibilities:

• To provide full spectrum Human Resources Services, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employees relations, etc.
• To compile regular and accurate HR reports and analysis.
• To support the team in maintaining positive employees relations through professional HR advices to all internal stakeholders.
• To perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder with major in HR Management or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years HR generalist experience preferably in multinational company or retail industry.
• Proactive, approachable with strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-tasking.
• Proficient in MS office and IPL a plus.
