Requirements:

• Be responsible for the Administration Department to manage full range of office & branches administration duties including office & facilities management, arrangement of maintenance and insurance, etc.
• Handle Tenancy Agreements
• Arrange company events and staff activities
• Handle special projects and perform ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities:

• Diploma / degree or above in Administration Management / Business Management
• With 3 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MS office application
• Well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is preferred
