Responsibilities:

- Assist in marketing projects coordination
- Generate sales figures and prepare reports
- Maintain and update the online promotion platforms such as Facebook, etc.
- Assist in marketing research
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Provide administration and clerical support to the department
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned 

Requirements:

- Higher diploma or above preferably in Marketing, PR or related discipline
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in marketing or customer relation
- Proficiency in PC operation such as MS office, PPT, Excel and Chinese Word processing
- Excellent communication and organization skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Pleasant personality, able to work under pressure and independent
- Immediate available is preferred 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer.
