About the job:

We are looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional to start as soon as possible. This role is very analytical focused role and we are looking for someone with strong analytical & advanced excel skill level. The role will partner with HR operations team and local Finance department on all financial aspects related to HR costs, budget, headcount and manpower planning.  In addition, the caliber will prepare and manage reporting on salary and headcount, as well as ensure accuracy of incentive payouts and payroll setup.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior C&B Analyst. The role will become a regional role as the business grows.

Job responsibilities:

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis team to develop reports and data analysis related to employees’ C&B for both store and office staff, budgets, new markets planning, headcount and human capital.
  • Lead and manage C&B related quarterly forecast and yearly budget
  • Support the HR team on general compensation reporting and data analysis
  • Assist in data requests and analysis related to regulatory initiatives
  • Prepare and analyze monthly  reporting for C&B and headcount
  • Work with HR Operations team to manage retail’s monthly commission process
  • Creation and distribution of timely reports and other ad hoc data request

C&B  

  • Support and develop market benchmarking analysis and job compensation range analysis, and to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, compliance with legislative requirements, and consistent application throughout the company across the region
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll set up 
  • Create the annual review salary sheets, partner with HR Operations team to prepare and manage the salary increase payout process
  • Monitor and review compensation and salary administration programs, such as job grading, annual salary review, retail commission scheme, insurance scheme, performance bonus
  • Prepare and manage reports from HRIS System
  • Work closely with the HR Operations team on providing advice regarding all compensation and benefits issues to assure complying with Group and labour regulatory requirements

Process Improvement

  •  Improvement and review of reporting capabilities, compensation platforms and process
  •  Conduct research, analysis and recommendations on systems generally across HR

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates who are immediate available highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Statistics or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years relevant work experience in sizable MNC with at least 3 years solid experience in C&B or HR planning/reporting is a must
  • Independent contributor, able to multi-task and work in super-fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of HR practices and process including Compensation, Reporting, Performance Management etc.
  • Good project management skills, strong numerical sense and analytical ability
  • Previous working experience with HR consulting firm would be a plus
  • Experience in supporting HR business process auditing and ensuring compliance
  • Advanced excel skills (proficient in the use of functions, macros, pivot tables)
  • Strong Access skills (able to write queries, reports, and forms)
  • Possess a strategic view of data representation
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with leaders, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different function team members of the organization
  • Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes.
  • Positive thinking, proactive and open-minded.
  • Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges and changes.
  • Regional exposure in managing C&B in different Asia countries
