Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workflow, handle daily correspondence and ad-hoc assignments timely and independently
• Coordinate with meetings, appointments and taking meeting minutes
• Ensure complex information from meetings etc is captured effectively and all documentation is produced and coordinated in an appropriate and timely manner and all correspondence is properly answered
• Complete given assignments independently and professionally within a tight schedule.
• Assist managing director to handle business activities, incoming emails and telephone calls
• Frequent travel with Managing Director for visiting customers or exhibitions
• Frequent travel to China factory located in Chang Ping
• Assist managing director to handle and follow up production and development matters

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Good business mind and spectrum
• Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command in written English & Chinese
• Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
