Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors and others departments on product information, inventory and pricing for the online shop
• Perform daily routine jobs, such as data entry, credit note and suppliers' invoice checking
• Assist in ad hoc assignment 

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma graduate in any discipline
• With at least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry or e-commerce
• Proficiency in MS Office, strong with Excel skill and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills and responsible
• Well-organized and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
