Administrative Officer/ Assistant in Britannia Study-Link (Asia) Limited

• Perform high-level administrative support for our office. Bachelor degree.
• Salary 15-20K; bonuses. 5 days working. 
• Good in English and Chinese conversation and writing. UK experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in designing study paths for prospective students
• Managing marketing accounts, school applications and related procedures
• Coordinating exhibitions and seminars in the UK and Hong Kong
• General office work and other reasonable assignment. E.g.
• Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls
• Schedule appointments and update event calendars
• Arrange staff meetings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
• Draft routine memos, billing, or other reports
• Edit company correspondence and ensure document accuracy
• Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
• Perform basic bookkeeping

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Full professional proficiency in English, and Cantonese
• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
• Confident and effective communicator
• Responsible, Organised, and Highly self-motivated
• Good under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the UK is required
