職責:

• 確定培訓需要，設計培訓教材及程序，並提供有效的培訓計劃予香港及國內之內部前線員工
• 評估培訓計劃的有效性
• 提供有關醫療美容之在職培訓及美容師手勢評估和統一美容師手勢
• 協助國內加盟店的活動及提供美容儀器之示範操作
• 協助監測和提高美容中心之服務水平

要求:

• 文憑或以上程度，持有國際認可之專業美容證書優先考慮
• 具2年或以上美容培訓工作經驗或美容師及美容產品銷售經驗者優先考慮
• 具良好溝通技巧及表達能力、能獨立處事務及有責任心
• 思維積極，成熟，有上進心
• 能操流利廣東話及國語、懂英語
• 能操作MS Office及與中文文書處理
• 需經常出差國內
