Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support Sales & Marketing team
• Handle business correspondence, reports, documents and other administration duties
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on time schedules
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by the company

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Business Management, Sales & Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in administrative support or marketing
• Outgoing, well organized, independent and with good communication skills
• Logical and critical thinking, excellent analytical mind and strong attention to details
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in using MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
