Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in handling full spectrum of company secretarial work for the listed group including preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars and corporate correspondence
- Organizing board and shareholders’ meetings and drafting minutes
- Conducting corporate governance and compliance reviews
- Maintaining proper statutory records and filings and ensuring compliance with Listing Rules and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assisting in ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder and Associate Member of ICSA or HKICS
- At least 5-6 years relevant experience with listed companies in Hong Kong and with hands-on experience in company secretarial matters
- Proactive, meticulous and able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Familiar with Companies Ordinance, Listing rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, company and other compliance regulations
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant
- Immediate availability is preferred
