Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide parts administration support
- Follow up parts ordering, quotation and invoicing
- Maintain spare parts inventory and warehousing
- Prepare periodical stock take
- Co-ordinate with factories and branches of Kion Group, vendors and suppliers
- Co-ordinate with overseas shipment and local delivery
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
- Independent, responsible, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word Processing
- Knowledge in spare parts, vlookup and marco is preferable
