Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide parts administration support
  • Follow up parts ordering, quotation and invoicing
  • Maintain spare parts inventory and warehousing
  • Prepare periodical stock take
  • Co-ordinate with factories and branches of Kion Group, vendors and suppliers
  • Co-ordinate with overseas shipment and local delivery


Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
  • Independent, responsible, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word Processing
  • Knowledge in spare parts, vlookup and marco is preferable
