• Responsible for the secretarial support to the President including correspondence, general administration and translation
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by President
• Minimum 5 years solid experience working in sizable Japanese company
• Tertiary educated with proper administration and secretarial training
• Highly motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Interested in Japanese culture and willing to take up the challenge with the fast expansion of the company
• Good command of spoken and written English, Japanese N2 and Chinese
• Strong PC skill in MS office
• Immediate available is preferred
