Description:

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will assist in formulating and executing key initiatives/strategies and look after the HR recruitment operations. You will act as a partner with senior stakeholders to communicate and understand the needs of different offices which is made of a professional and dynamic population. This role will require strong time management and communication skills as you will be in charge a full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, C&B, employee relations and talent management/development. You will be working alongside a HR assistant and a C&B specialist in Hong Kong to assist you in day to day operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years HR Experience in an MNC
• Degree Holder in HR discipline or equiv.
• Must be detailed minded with strong business and commercial sense
• Strong communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
