The Job

• Issues products' sales orders within agreed & assigned timeline
• Handles inquiries from internal customers and follow-up purchasing orders
• Reconcile daily payment transactions recorded from sales orders
• Follows laid-down policies and procedures
• Assists supervisor to compile operation reports

Requirement

• F.5 or above with good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good telephone manner and service attitude
• Proactive, responsible team player and able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Familiar with MS office is preferable, especially in Excel
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay
