Responsibilities: 

- Answer all incoming telephone calls

- To follow up booking

- Responsible for performing reception duties and providing clerical support

Requirements:

- Form 5 or above 

- Good spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Immediate available is highly preferred
