1. Manage reception/front desk area
2. Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to extensive travel and hotel arrangements, coordinating meetings / appointments, composing letters and internal activities.
3. Responsible for office documentation and facilities maintenance
4. Order and keep stock of office supplies and stationery
5. Assist in communicating and implement HR procedures and practice
6. Maintain tidiness of the office
7. Handle all incoming calls and greet visitors
8. Prepare cheques and payments
9. Support any ad hoc assignments

Requirement:

1. Certificate / diploma in Administration or Business Studies
2. minimum 2 years relevant experience
3. Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Good telephone manner and communication skills
5. Dynamic, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
6. Good MS application skills
7. Immediate available is preferable
