Job Responsibilities :

• To support the flight operations team in administrative tasks
• Review and approve invoices and air crew expenses related to flight operations
• Update database with invoice details
• Liaise with accounting department on payment to vendors
• Assist Client Relations team on invoice queries
• Update Flight Operations Manuals
• Assist with aircraft return flight paperwork review and organization
• Assist Operations team as required with other administrative functions

Job Requirements :

Education:

• Preference will be given to those with tertiary education or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Preference will be given to applicants with previous business aviation and/or aviation experience

Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Computer Literate

• Detail oriented and quick learner

• Knowledge of aviation a plus

• Ability to work weekend shifts as required (not more than 5 working days in a week)
