Job Responsibilities & Requirement

• Responsible for developing and managing compensation, benefits, recruitment, policies/procedures, and related government issues;
• Administrate payroll and benefit enrollment process to ensure timely and accurate service to be delivered;
• Update HRD policy to keep compliance with government law and regulation related to C&B, Insurance and Labor Contract, etc.;
• Update HRIS data and HR scorecard;
• Bachelor of Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• 4 – 5 years of payroll or recruitment experience;
• Knowledge of labor law and local regulation;
  
• Good command of written and spoke English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must;
• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, MS Office and experience in database and spreadsheet applications.
