Job Responsibilities:

• Performing general clerical and office administration tasks
• Handling enquirers of students, parents and staff
• Supporting school operations and programs 
• Responsible for office administrative duties including reception
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder with 2 years of relevant experience; experience in school administration setting is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work location: Kowloon Tong, Yew Chung International School Secondary Section

Working hours: Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday (half day)
