Job Description
Our client, a leading global Investment Bank, is seeking an energetic front office Team Secretary to support a busy and demanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speedy secretarial and administrative support to a team of traders
- Answering the dealer-board and taking messages
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
- Submit application requests for traders
- Log leave requests for traders
- Running errands
- Taking mail delivery
- Travel arrangements including flights, hotel and visa
- Various administrative tasks as requested
The Successful Candidate:
- Must have worked in banking, ideally front office
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English and conversational Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Energetic and proactive attitude
- Immediately available is preferred
