Responsibilities:

• Handle independently all internal and external correspondences in relation to projects, customer enquiries and suppliers.
• Responsible for project aftersales management & contract management.
• Provide administrative support to the Division Manager and the department.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks & assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferably in the field of building materials.
• Initiative and good communication skill.
• Well organized and detail-minded.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
