Job Description

Role Summary:

This role is to ensure smooth operations by providing administrative support to respective department.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communications between departments and external customers
  • Prepare and update departmental budgeting and monitor cash flow
  • Prepare reports with analysis and forecast for Management's review
  • Provide logistic support and arrangement for business trips and meetings
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Social Science, Communication or other related disciplines
  • 3 years' administration experience in Fashion Retail 
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, independent
  • Good communication skills to deal with different parties
  • Able to work on tight deadlines and to work in fast-paced environment
