Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration and reception duties
- Coordinate with internal and external parties independently
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirements:
- Tertiary educated with 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable companies
- Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player, fast learner, responsible with positive working attitude
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Candidates with a stable track record will be an advantage
- Immediate available is preferable
