JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizing all recruitment tools in order to source, identify and prequalify specific skill sets of candidates
• Work closely with consultants to develop candidate attraction plans
• Evaluate candidates through phone calls and face-to-face interviews, and provide professional advice accordingly
• Network building, maintain strong rapport and relationships with candidates
• Support ad-hoc staffing projects across the region recruit

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English. Mandarin will be a definite advantage
• A drive to forge a life-long career in recruitment
• Outgoing, cheerful personality who is interested in building a network of the top professionals from across different technology disciplines
• Confidence to work in a results-driven business environment
• Fresh graduates will be also welcome
