Our client, a leading global Investment Bank, is seeking a proactive and energetic Administrative Assistant to support a team of bankers within the Investment Banking Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to a team of bankers
• Calendar management, coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
• Travel arrangements including flights, hotel and visa
• Managing incoming calls
• Maintain filing systems and expense claim management
• Various administrative tasks as requested

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years experience as Team Assistant within the banking or financial services. Experience within IBD is highly preferred
• Degree holder
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in English and conversational Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese typing
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Energetic and proactive attitude
• Immediately available is preferred
