Job Description

Job functions:

  • Perform the HR & Adm function as business partner to the whole organization and implement HR strategies and operating plans that align with business strategy;
  • Handle full spectrum of HR & Adm functions including recruitment & selection, orientation, performance management, salary planning, C&B, employee relationship, staff engagement, retention program, talent development, corporate event, cost saving, and office renovation etc.;
  • Work closely with department heads and provide professional advices on HR management;
  • Strengthen effective recruitment strategies including review recruitment channels, source recruitment partners, and build relationships with relevant organizations, to meet current and future business needs;
  • Execute the HR and Adm policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations;
  • Conduct trainings for performance management program, manage periodic performance appraisal process, and counseling managers to conduct effective result
  • Provide market benchmark information on HR best practices and make recommendation.
  • Manage HRMS and maintain the database accuracy, and develop HRM functions
  • Provide regular management reports and analysis for review and planning
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or relevant discipline;
  • Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in HRM especially recruitment & selection, performance management, employee relationship, staff engagement and development, C&B and other related;
  • Acquired knowledge in talent sourcing including networking, internet research, and social media experience etc is an advantage;
  • Knowledge or experience in application of Competency-based model in HRM is preferred;
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, IIT and other related legislation
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin;
  • Strong ability to learn new methodologies and processes;
  • Good team player, mature, proactive, work independently, and self-motivated;
  • Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Work-base in Hong Kong, sometimes Travel to PRC in need.
