Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and handle phone calls in professional manner

  • Coordinate the utilization of Conference Rooms and other office facilities

  • Provide office administrative support

  • Coordinate document delivery arrangement

  • Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

     

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above

  • 2 years of relevant experience, among which, 1 year or above insurance administration experience is preferable

  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and telephone manners

  • Familiar with MS application such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua will be an asset

  • Ability to use time effectively and multi-task with minimum supervision

  • High attention to detail and excellent organization skills

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

  • Immediately available preferred
