• Answer the telephone; serve as the point of first contact with the company's clients & agent healthcare professionals
• Order office supplies and handle office maintenance issues (printer, computers, wifi)
• Clerical support for the Company's professionals; update Company databases
• Assist with social media and internet advertising
• Various ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Diploma holder
• Two or more years relevant work experience
• Comfortable with interacting with clients and members of the public
• Resourceful, task-oriented, good team player, pleasant personality, self-initiative
• Conversant with Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English
