• major duties are : orders, deliveries schedule follow up
• computer data inputting, documents creation such as: orders, order confirmation, invoices, delivery notes and customer service are part of this coordinator role
• the candidate must be self-motivated person, with sales office & financial control experience and able to work under pressure
• fluency in spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must (other European language is a major advantage)
• experience with SAP system will be a major advantage
• the CV of those that can not speak English and Chinese will not be considered
