Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for handling the ATM claim cases
• Provide customer service
• Prepare daily report about ATM
• Assist Operations Manager to answer any ad-hoc inquiries about ATM

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above
• With basic PC skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Prefer good at Mathematic and detail-minded
• Fresh graduate with good potential will also be considered
• Candidates with better working or educational background may be considered as Senior ATM claim officer
