Responsibilities:

• Oversee the retail shop operations on driving sales, maintaining service quality & stock control, and manage frontline team in Hong Kong, Macau & China
• Manage store visual merchandising and display;
• Prepare monthly & yearly sales target
• Handle store personnel and administration work;
• Propose rewarding scheme to motivate sales team in achieving company sales objectives, operational efficiency and quality service;
• Provide sales training;
• Provide market information and competitive intelligence for strategic planning by management;

Requirement:

• 3 years experience in retail operation management, prefer with fashion retail Industry background;
• F. 6 above or University graduate is preferred;
• Aggressive & out-going personality with strong communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, able to work under pressure and work independently;
• Possess service & sales training skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and efficient Chinese word processing are preferred;
• Business trip is required;
• Immediate available is preferred.

Salary : negotiable
