Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will take the responsibile for handling sales supporting duties.  The primary responsibilities include: 

• Preparation of sales analysis reports
• Assistance in preparing advertising proposal
• Handling mock up designs
• Processing of sales orders and contracting
• Handling Logistics Arrangement to ensure the flow of daily business
• Coordination duties with other departments and clients
• Other Tasks assigned by Supervisor on Ad-Hoc Basis

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply: 

• Form 7 or Above
• At Least 1-2 years' Working Experience
• Good telephone manner
• Preferably in Clerical Experience in Office Administration Function
• Team Player with Self-Initiative, interpersonal skills, well-organized and hard-working
• Well-versed in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
• Familiar with common design software (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand etc) are preferred
• Knowledge with Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML are preferred
• High Proficiency in Both English and Chinese
• Immediate Available is Preferred
