Key roles and duties

• Monthly Sales Report Generation and Analysis
• Work closely with Commercial Manager to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring the goals for profitable growth
• Product Catalogue Generation
• Update and control customers database
• Handle client's inquiries, quotation and complaints
• Place orders and arrange shipments
• Provides administrative support in daily operation.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, independent, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
