Job Duties

• Report to the Managing Director, provide full spectrum of HR services in the areas of talent acquisition, retention, development, compensation and benefit etc.;
• Lead a human resources team of 6 to 7 professional; 
• Drive and participate in key HR projects/programs and make recommendation & suggestions for improvement;
• Provide professional HR advice and solutions and coach subordinate on all HR related matters;
• Compile reports for management review.

Requirements:

•  Degree Holder in HR Management or related discipline;
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in all-round HR generalist.
• Previous HR experience or knowledge in Construction industry is a must. 
• Familiarize with those legislation related to human resources practices in construction industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well versed with HKSAR Employment Ordinance;
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior HR Manager
